Use this site for submitting your data files to the Adult Cardiac, General Thoracic, or Congenital Heart Surgery databases. This site will be updated regularly to provide you with the latest dates for harvest windows, database lock periods, and system maintenance times.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective Saturday, December 1, 2018 the data submission website was updated to only allow users to submit data using the new ID and Password. Please contact the Data Warehouse Data Submission Coordinators via the email addresses listed below to obtain the user id and password to submit data.

* General Thoracic earlier closing date for Spring 2019 Harvest is due to deadline for Merit-Based Incentive Payment System submissions to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Next Server Maintenance Period: Friday, February 15, 2019 7:00 pm ET through Saturday, February 16, 2019 11:00 am ET.
